The Goal of this Project is to pool rooms from multiple resources so that we can offer a significant discount to Industry Support Professionals and Marginalized Talent within the community.

The owner of LDC, Melissa Wilson has acquired a number of timeshare real estate investments that can be used in conjunction with owner nightly discounts for the benefit of the community. So that all may have the same opportunities to attend the show and be successful.

The Resort offers the best in Las Vegas with one- and two-bedroom villas. And have amenities such as fully equipped kitchens, dining and living room areas with a sleeper sofa, free Wi-Fi, and more.

24 hour gated security only registered guests and their guests are able to access the property. The Resort is only one block away from the world-famous Las Vegas Strip. And is only 1.6 miles (approx. 7 mins) to Resorts World to the AVN Show being held.

Depending on check in and arrival dates the resort is flexible with adding a day to our check in and arrival dates.

One Bedroom Villas have One King Size Bed and One Sleeper Sofa that can accommodate 2 (TWO) - 4 people. 2 Singles (or 2 Couples). 

Two Bedroom Villas with Two King Size Beds and One Sleeper Sofa that can accommodate up to 3 (THREE) - 6 People. 3 Singles (or 3 Couples).

LDC is offering Villas at $150 a Night for Total of $750 for AVN week. We currently have 5 One Bedrooms and 5 Two Bedrooms Available.  More Villas will be added as they are booked.
